I usually share our roundup posts with you in the first week of every month. Over the last month I have been so excited about sharing all of Vivid with you, that these tables completely skipped my mind. So, better late than never, here’s the Table Roundup 2023!
Table Roundup 2023
As always, I have a whole lot of gorgeous tables to share with you. I’ll start with what’s usually the most conspicuous table in every home…
1 – Coffee Tables
Waterfall Coffee Table
Take this beautiful bone inlay coffee table, for instance. It’s most definitely the hero of this living room. What I love about it? The intricate, traditional pattern decorating a modern, clean shape. This home is a graceful blend of the two and this table fit perfectly into our scheme of things.

Abby Coffee Table
This is quite a small living room. Though we wanted the coffee table to be a good size to make it useful we didn’t want it looking heavy on the eyes. We picked a glass top for this reason. There is a young child in the home and client was worried about the glass edges hurting her. So we had the table customised by adding the wooden frame to the glass top.

Nesting Coffee Tables
I think nesting coffee tables are very useful in larger living rooms. The smaller tables put together make for a large table in the centre, but are not as unwieldy as a single large piece. They can also be pulled separately into different areas as and where required when entertaining a large group of people.
I particularly loved the organic form of this set, which we had customised for us.

Round Coffee Table
The simple elegance of a piece like this never goes out of style. It fit in beautifully with this contemporary living room.

Reflections Coffee Table
We picked a glass and metal table for the balcony to make sure it weathers the outdoor better. The texture added by the fluted glass is such a pretty touch.

2 – End Tables
Samara Nested Side Table
The client was very particular about not having too much furniture in the home as they have a little boy who was just learning how to crawl and walk. So we picked this nest of tables, which can be used separately on both ends of the sofa when required, and put together one below the other when they want to keep it away.

Austin Side Table
The hand turned pedestal with its various mouldings adds an element of detailing to this contemporary table. It makes it fit right in with the rest of the ‘contemporary-Indian’ vibe of this space. We have used this table in the cinnamon finish.

Hand-carved Floral Table
This is a simple circular shaped table with a floral motif, finished in gold leafing, carved on the top. It is once again, a superb blend of ‘Indian’ with ‘contemporary’ for this lovely living room.

Brass Leaf Table
With all the floral motifs in this room, including the leaves floating on the bed wall, this table was an excellent find for this room.

Marble Top Table
A beautifully veined marble top on a dull gold finished base, this table is understated yet glamourous. The square shape with the deeply rounded corners had me from the go!

Sweden Side Table
As with all the furniture in this living room, this side table has simple lines, gentle curves and a mid-century vibe.

3 – Dining Tables
Round Slatted Dining Table
Since this dining area was roughly square shaped, we decided to go for a round dining table here versus a rectangular one. We had the pedestal customsied with vertical slats trimmed with a brass band at the base. It is simple and stylish and complements the round chandelier on top beautifully.

Yoho Dining Table
A live edge table with a beautiful brass finish base, this table helps bring out the rustic glam ambience of this dining space.

Pedestal Dining Table
Can you see the beautiful pedestal of this round table? Not much left to say, is there?

Wood and Black Dining Table
Though you can’t see all of it from this angle, the legs of this dining table are a solid black rectangular block, with a circle cut into them. The edges of the circle are finished in gold leafing. The gold and black legs of the table are in sync with the black, brass capped legs of the dining chairs and complete this contemporary set up beautifully.

Mid Century Modern Dining Table

4 – Sideboards and Units
Arka Sideboard
We’ll begin our collection of sideboards in the table roundup 2023, with this piece. I love the rustic, hand carved, earth vibe of this one. It also gives a ton of additional storage in the long passageway, adding function to form.

Trevi Sideboard
We used this large sideboard as a console below the television. It not only houses the TV accessories and other paraphernalia but one of the sections also makes space for the mandir.

Black and Gold Console
The body of this stunning console is finished entirely in gold leaf. The black legs and drawers make a striking contrast with the gold. The drawers have an intricate carving detail along the entire facia, which adds to the delicacy to this beautiful piece.

Fluted Sideboard
This large, solid cabinet could have looked very heavy and chunky. The delicate, patterned fluting adds a gentle grace to the pretty piece.

5 – Study Table
I have just this one study table to share with you in the table roundup 2023. Over the last few projects we’ve had most of our study tables built on site. Except for this beauty. Elegant and stately, she certainly makes her presence felt.

6 – Bedside Tables
Wood Bedside Table
With the imposing bed and chandeliers being prominent in this bedroom we didn’t want an overpowering side table. This one adds elegance with it’s soft curves and makes its presence felt more subtly.

Fluted Bedside Tables
One entire wall of this bedroom is lined with wardrobes finished in wood veneer. I thought a break from all that wood would be a good idea for this bedroom. We went with this beautiful grey to go with the furnishings selected for this bedroom. The client wanted an understated vibe in this bedroom which his father was going to use. The grey is perfectly suited to that too.
