Master Bedroom of Vrindavan – Layout
The master bedroom layout keeps things intuitive and uncluttered, allowing every element to fall naturally into place. The bed anchors the room along one side, leaving a generous central circulation zone that makes the space feel open despite its compact footprint.
Full-height wardrobes placed symmetrically on either side of the bed visually frame the sleeping zone and, by pushing storage to the perimeter, make the room seem wider and more spacious.
Storage runs along the length of the wall, creating a clean, continuous plane and keeping visual noise to a minimum. Opposite the bed, the TV unit sits neatly positioned for comfortable viewing, while a cozy chair finds its spot near the window, carving out a small reading or unwinding corner.
It’s a simple, well-balanced plan where movement flows easily and each zone has a quiet purpose.
Double Take Delight
Walking into the master bedroom, the first thing that catches your eye is this beautiful arch. It isn’t just an architectural motif, it’s actually a bespoke wallpaper panel applied onto the wardrobe shutters, framed to feel like an inbuilt niche. We detailed it with an ultra-slim edge profile handle that practically disappears, letting the artwork take centre stage without visual clutter.
And just when you think you’ve taken it all in, the full-height mirror opposite quietly doubles the moment. The arch, the pattern, the depth. Everything reflects back, instantly making the room feel larger, richer, and just a little bit magical.
Perfectly Placed Pairs
Flanking the bed on both sides, the wardrobes feel less like bulky storage and more like quiet architectural bookends. By splitting storage into two slim units instead of one large block, the room instantly feels more open and balanced.
The arched panels on each wardrobe echo the home’s larger design language, while the soft blue backdrop and floral motif add just enough drama without overwhelming the space. Practical, symmetrical, and beautiful. Exactly how bedroom storage should be.

The large dressing mirror does more than serve a practical purpose. It visually stretches the room, doubling the depth and reflecting layers of furniture, light, and pattern, making the bedroom feel noticeably more spacious and open without adding a single extra square foot.

Designed flush with the wall and finished in the same soft tone, it almost disappears into the architecture until the door opens to reveal beautifully organised shelves for everyday essentials. It’s a small but mighty move that keeps the room visually calm while adding a generous dose of practical storage, exactly where you need it, without stealing any floor space.
And it doesn’t end there… there’s more!
Running along the passageway, right beside the hidden dressing storage, is another clever layer of functionality, an almost-invisible shoe cabinet that keeps everyday clutter completely out of sight. Designed as a tall, slim unit that blends seamlessly into the wall, it offers generous vertical storage without visually crowding the space. Together, these concealed storage elements quietly work behind the scenes, keeping the bedroom calm, organised, and beautifully clutter-free, exactly the way a master bedroom should feel.
Layered Calm | Colours, Finishes & Details
The master bedroom leans into a palette that feels calm, rooted, and quietly luxurious. Soft ivory walls form a gentle canvas, allowing the deeper indigo and slate blues to take centre stage across the wardrobes, bed linens, and soft furnishings. Warm wood tones from the carved bed, door frames, and console add a comforting counterpoint, grounding the space and keeping it from feeling too cool.
A detail we especially love is the wallpaper border running along the ceiling, echoing the same floral language as the bespoke wallpaper on the wardrobe panels. This subtle continuity stitches the room together visually, so the architecture, furniture, and finishes feel part of one larger story rather than separate elements.
Look closely and you’ll notice how the motifs quietly converse with each other. The floral on the wardrobe finds its way into the cushions, the bedcover, the artwork, and even the small framed pieces above the headboard. Brass accents in the wall lights introduce a soft glow, while natural textures from wood, cotton, and woven rugs bring warmth and tactility.
