From the calm of the master bedroom, we step into a space that feels lighter, brighter, and full of gentle energy. Welcome to the girl’s room of Vrindavan, a room designed to nurture creativity, comfort, and a quiet sense of joy.

Girl’s Room of Vrindavan – Layout

The layout of the girl’s room is planned as a clear, efficient loop that balances sleep, study, and storage without any one function overpowering the space.

The bed sits comfortably at the center, anchoring the room and keeping circulation open on all sides. On either side of the bed, the wardrobe and side table form a compact storage zone. The opposite wall is dedicated to the study table flanked by bookshelves, creating a focused corner for reading and homework. The TV unit finds its place along this same wall, keeping visual clutter minimal and everything within easy reach.

This arrangement allows the room to feel open and spacious, while quietly accommodating all the everyday needs of a growing child.

The Bed, Framed

Front and centre sits the bed, flanked by wardrobes on either side like two very well-behaved bookends. This move anchors the room beautifully, creates symmetry, and quietly makes the space feel larger than it actually is (design sleight-of-hand, always welcome).

The wardrobes don’t scream storage. They whisper it. Tall, elegant, and finished with mirrored shutters, they reflect light, bounce views around, and add a gentle sense of depth to the room. Practical and pretty.

Between them, the bed nestles in like it’s found its forever home. A small bedside table tucks in neatly, just enough for a phone, a book, and the inevitable glass of water that magically appears at bedtime.

Garden on the Walls 🌿

And then comes the show-stealer.

The headboard wall is dressed in a lush tropical wallpaper where oversized leaves, birds, and butterflies quietly throw a garden party. Soft blush in the background keeps things playful, while the greens ground the space. It’s cheerful without being loud. Bold without being bossy.

The upholstered headboard picks up the tones from the wallpaper, while the layered cushions echo the colours like they’ve all agreed on a group outfit in advance.

Result? A bed that feels cosy, joyful, a little whimsical, and completely grown-up.
Basically… the kind of bed you look at and think,
“Five more minutes.”
(And then ten.)

Study + TV Wall | One Wall. Many Talents

This wall is basically the overachiever of the room.
TV? Yes.
Study? Yes.
Storage? Quietly hiding.
Style? Absolutely showing off.

The TV sits on a full-height panel that cleverly masks storage behind, so the wall stays calm and clutter-free while secretly doing the heavy lifting. Flanking it, open shelves supported on slender brass-finish rods create a light, almost floating moment for books, toys, plants, and all the little things that make a room feel lived-in (and loved).

Tucked beside the window, the study desk becomes a bright, happy workstation with daylight pouring in, shelves above for easy access, and enough surface space for homework, doodles, and the occasional dramatic “I have too much schoolwork” sigh.

One clean composition.
Multiple functions.
Zero visual noise.

Basically… a multitasking masterpiece with good manners. 😉

Colours, Materials & Finishes | Soft, Playful, Grown-Up (All at Once)

This room lives in that sweet spot between whimsical and well-composed. The peachy-pink wallpaper sets the tone. Warm, gentle, and just a little magical. Layered with lush greens, birds, and botanicals, it becomes the heart of the palette and the biggest personality in the room.

Around it, we kept things calm and creamy. Soft off-white wardrobes, pale grey side panels, and light ceilings allow the wallpaper to shine without shouting. Think supporting actors who know when to step back. 🎭

Materials bring in quiet richness.
Warm wood in the bed and bedside table grounds the space.
Fluted glass wardrobe shutters add texture and a hint of romance.
Subtle brass accents in handles and details slip in just enough sparkle. ✨

Textiles tie the whole story together. Floral bedding echoes the wallpaper’s garden mood, while blush cushions, soft neutrals, and delicate patterns keep everything layered, cozy, and touch-me-friendly.

The result? A palette that feels fresh but not fleeting, playful but not childish, and soft but not sleepy.

Basically… the girl’s room of Vrindavan grows with her. And looks fabulous while doing it. 💗🌿

From Raw Passage to Pretty Prelude

Before: A narrow, unfinished passage with exposed blocks and services did its job purely as a connector, functional but forgettable.

After: Today, this entryway feels like a gentle curtain-raiser to the story beyond. Warm wooden door frames add depth and character, the soft-toned flooring with delicate inlay details brings subtle interest underfoot, and the crisp white walls keep everything light and calm.

The sightline straight into her room now offers a teasing glimpse of the pastel palette and playful personality inside, making the walk-in feel, layered, and quietly special. Proof that even the in-between spaces deserve their moment in the spotlight.

From Bare Bones to Book Nook: The Other Side of the Entrance

Before: A raw, under-construction wall… some blocks, some pipes, a very honest “I am a site” kind of vibe. Potential.. quietly waiting in dusty silence.

After: Enter, the bookshelf moment. 📚✨
This side of the entrance now moonlights as a vertical library + display corner, stacked with books, tiny collectibles, plants, and all the little things that make a room feel lived-in. It’s anchored by a slim brass vertical detail that adds just the right hint of glam, and framed in soft blush tones that melt seamlessly into the rest of the room’s palette.

What was once an awkward patch of wall is now a cheerful greeter, welcoming you into the room with stories, textures, and personality.

And with that… we quietly close the door on another little corner of Vrindavan that went from ‘what will this even be?’ to ‘of course this is exactly what it should be.’

The girl’s room of Vrindavan balances pretty with practical.
Soft with smart.
Whimsical with well-planned.
