Hi and welcome to another edition of my Amazon favourites. Whenever I find a good home product on Amazon, I immediately list it on my Amazon storefront. Today I’ll quickly take you through the latest additions you can see in the store.
My Amazon Storefront
Though I usually source only the smaller, miscellaneous decor pieces on Amazon, over this last year I’ve become a little more adventurous. I have even sourced some small furniture items on Amazon. The biggest comfort to the clients and me, is the knowledge that if we don’t like what is delivered to us, we can return it.
For the smaller items, Amazon has always been a good place to look for options. So we have quite a few new additions to my Amazon storefront this time.. let’s get started.
Furnishings
As always, a lot of the new products on the store are furnishings. Though some are new finds, this is one product I keep coming back to. I first used one of these dohars myself. They are soft and super light, which means they work perfectly as a gentle cover in a basically warm city like Mumbai.
Since then I have recommended these to a few clients. The latest instance is this reversible blue buta dohar we used in Bhargavi.
This blue cotton bedcover is another good find. The fabric is great, and I love how it fits in with the striped wallpaper in this room.
You’ve seen this beautiful woven throw used in two separate projects. Here’s one, on this amazing day bed with a view. Do you remember the first time you saw this?
Here it is, in this lovely guest room. Both the spaces have quite a different vibe, yet it seems to fit right in with both.
And the last addition to the furnishings section is the gorgeous Mythos rug. Though we didn’t select it from Amazon, it can be ordered easily from here too.

Furniture
You’ve seen me pick smaller furniture accents like shelves and stools from Amazon before. This time we picked some chairs.
I always hesitate while trying out new vendors for any project, be it a vendor on Amazon or otherwise. Everything always looks great in pictures, but you get to know the quality of a product only after it’s been delivered… by which time the entire payment has been made. I look up as many reviews as I can, connect with people who might have used the products, before actually placing an order.
But again, with Amazon, this worries me a little less because I know in the worst case, if the product is not up to the mark in any way, it will be returnable.
Luckily, we had no such problem with these.
These maroon upholstered chairs are comfortable and the colour was great for the reds and pinks of this room.
This blue one is slightly wider, with a back that also gives a part arm support. It’s great for a study or a dining chair.
And my absolute favourite find on Amazon in recent times. This is one I enjoy every single day of my life.
Every morning, I start my day with some peaceful solo time on this swing. Giving me company are my glass of cold coffee, the chirping sparrows who come for their morning meal, and my phone. I catch up with messages from family and friends, and a few rounds of online Scrabble, before getting into the day’s work schedule.

Artificial Flowers
Unless you have a situation where a real plant will not survive (such as no natural light), I would always use real plants over artificial ones. I feel a little differently about artificial flowers though.
Unless you have a garden and your own regular supply of fresh flowers, I think some artificial or dried flowers and greens are useful to have. I prefer filling in my vases, even if it’s with dried or artificial flowers, versus keeping them empty. Of course, I don’t want them to look artificial, so I’m usually on the lookout for good finds.
This artificial baby’s breath is one such good find. It looks fresh, and pretty in a vase on its own. Whenever you get fresh flowers, you can add those to the vase and it would make a really pretty filler too.
These white mini roses are by no means new on my storefront. Just wanted to share with you how I used them to style yet another home. They always look good and never fail me!

Hardware
We found these beautiful white ceramic knobs for the mandir unit on Amazon. They have a lovely crackle effect on them giving them a vintage vibe.
Also these finials at the ends of the rod for our wall hanging. The blue centerpiece makes it look like a peacock feather to me, and I thought they went beautifully with the colour and tree-of-life theme of this embroidered wall hanging.

Kitchen & Bar
And finally, these ceramic mugs. Don’t you just love the delicate motif printed on them?

That’s a roundup of all my favourite Amazon finds I have added recently to my storefront. Just to remind you, these aren’t just pretty pics I’ve seen on Amazon. These are all products that have been ordered and used by me, either in my own home or in my projects.
Listed above are only the latest additions to the storefront. You can check out previous Amazon posts to see how I’ve used older products or click here to see my entire Amazon Storefront and go through all the sections and products at leisure.
Happy shopping!
